Inspired by Shark Tank and Dragon's Den.
Created for Indonesia's next generation of innovators.
Why ORIGIN
Every year, thousands
of brilliant Indonesian students develop business ideas, conduct research, design products,
and develop passion projects.
Most of them never leave their notes, remaining as sketches.
ORIGIN gives students a stage to pitch their ideas, showcase what they've built, receive feedback from industry professionals, and connect with like-minded students. More than a competition, ORIGIN is a must-have stage for ambitious students to challenge their thinking, test their ideas, and discover ways to create impact.

At ORIGIN, the journey matters as much as the destination.
By combining learning, bootcamp, and industry engagement,
every stage prepares participants to become future
innovators and changemakers.
Students submit their business, research, or project ideas proposal through an online application
Proposals are evaluated and selected to join The ORIGIN first bootcamp
Filtered participants will participate in an intensive 3–5 days bootcamp focused on fundamental, design thinking, and goal setting
Participants develop prototypes, conduct research, and refine their project with regular check-ins
At the end of the build phase, participants submit their final prototype/project. EduALL committee will select the strongest teams to the finale
Finalists refine their pitches, strengthen reasoning, and prepare for the final showcase through mock pitching sessions
Finalists exhibit their projects and deliver their final pitches to judges from leading companies
The winning team will get ORIGIN Grant and one month of post-event coaching to support the next stage of their venture or research development
This competition provides students with the opportunity to present innovative business ideas, research, or other projects to a panel of industry professionals. They will receive constructive feedback that strengthens their entrepreneurial and problem-solving capabilities.
An interactive exhibition where participants showcase their prototypes or even sell their products through dedicated booths. This encourages direct engagement between students, industry representatives, and visitors, creating opportunities for feedback, networking, collaboration, and visibility for student-led innovations.
A session featuring professionals who share their experiences, insights, and perspectives on innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, and career development. This session is designed to broaden participants' perspectives and inspire future aspirations.
As part of its social impact commitment, proceeds from the event will be allocated to the revitalization of school or library, helping improve access to quality learning spaces and resources for local communities.
Through this initiative, every participant, partner, and attendee contributes to strengthening educational opportunities for future generations.
Join ORIGIN and turn your research, business idea, or passion project into something real.
